Wedding Cake Collections

The Intimate (1-Tier)

Perfect for small, intimate weddings. These cakes will serve up to 30 of your closest family and friends.
Price range: $150-$300
The Signature (1- to 2-Tier)

A timeless design ideal for medium-sized wedding celebrations needing to serve 24–50 guests.

Price range: $300–$600
The Grande (3-Tier)

A multi-tiered cake creates a beautiful focal point, and is perfect for medium to large weddings, and will serve between 50-100 guests.
Price range: $600-$1200
The Luxe (4-tier or more)

This luxurious cake makes for a great centerpiece for a grand celebration. It’s ideal for large weddings of 150 guests or more.
Price range: $1,200–$3000+

Order Minimum

Wedding Cake Delivery and Minimum Order Guide

To make sure your cake arrives safely and beautifully set up, I offer delivery for wedding orders based on distance from Des Moines. The minimum order amounts don’t necessarily cover the full delivery and setup costs but help ensure that longer-distance weddings are still worth my time and attention.

West Des Moines/Des Moines areas (10-20 minutes round trip): Minimum order of $350
Des Moines and surrounding areas (20 to 45 minutes round trip): Minimum order of $500
45 minutes to 1.5 hours round trip: Minimum order of $800
1.5 to 2 hours round trip: Minimum order of $1,000
2 to 3 hours round trip: Minimum order of $2,000, with details confirmed ahead of time
Beyond 3 hours round trip: Custom pricing will apply depending on distance and delivery logistics

I do my best to make sure every cake arrives in perfect condition, no matter how far it travels. If your venue is outside the Des Moines area, I’ll be happy to provide a personalized delivery quote.

Smaller Cakes & Orders Under $350:
If you're ordering a smaller cake (such as anything under a 6" & 8" two-tier) that doesn’t require on-site setup or your total is under $350, pickup from my home studio is recommended and very much appreciated.

Delivery CHARGES

Available for Orders Over $350: Delivery starts at $45, plus $1 per mile round trip beyond a 10-mile radius from our location.

Example:

Delivery to Ankeny (36 miles round trip):
36 miles - 10 miles = 26 miles
26 miles x $1 = $26
Total delivery charge = $45 + $26 = $71

Tasting

Our tasting box is $50 and it includes up to five popular cake flavors plus one seasonal flavor, all chosen by us. If you have a special flavor request, let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate it if possible.

If you can’t do an in-person tasting, you can order a tasting box for pick-up by filling out the inquiry form and choosing your pick-up date. Please allow 1-2 weeks for preparation.

In the off-season, tasting boxes usually come as cupcakes unless we have special pop-up events.

Wedding Cake & Cupcake Prices

Wedding Cakes: Prices start at $8-$15 per serving. Please note that prices may fluctuate based on market value, and we reserve the right to adjust the final price if significant price changes occur before payment.

Cupcakes: To view our cupcake pricing, please visit our cupcakes page. We do not offer discounts for large quantities, as each flower cupcake is handmade with care and takes considerable time to create.

Set-Up

Set-Up Fee: $45 per hour (typically 1 hour, depending on cake size).

Large Cakes: Cakes taller than 12" require on-site assembly and may take longer than 1 hour to set up. Delivery and set-up by me are required for tall-tiered cakes.

Securing the Date

Retainer: A non-refundable 25% retainer deposit is required to secure your wedding date and allow us to begin work on your cake. The final balance is due at least 2 weeks before the pick-up or delivery date.

Please note that Parinda Cupcakes is not responsible for any damage to cakes or cupcakes once they leave our premises for pickup, or after I leave the venue following delivery and setup.
